Olivia and Tom purchased a new build house a few years back. They were unhappy with the lawn as it was badly laid by the builders and kept sinking.
They chose MH Landscapes to re-lay it to their satisfaction.
Firstly we built a block retaining wall around the lawn.
An extra course of sleepers was fitted to the front retainer.
The team then raised the ground level with screened top soil to give a perfectly flat lawn area.
We then built a sandstone paving step up to the lawn to match the existing patio.
Then we laid a concrete base and onto this fitted a corner summer house.
Finally we erected Venetian fencing around the lawn to freshen up the area.
